How it works
01 · Collect
Forward invoices to your own OrganoBooks email address, scan receipts with the iPhone app, or drag in PDFs. Connect your bank, or import a statement instead. OrganoBooks reads dates, amounts, VAT and suppliers for you.
02 · Match
Clear matches are made for you, and rules you approve handle recurring payments next month. Anything uncertain waits for your review. Nothing uncertain is quietly treated as done.
03 · Hand off
Once the gaps are closed, OrganoBooks puts the source documents and two spreadsheets, invoices and bank transactions, into a shared Google Drive folder for the month.
They keep doing your official accounting. OrganoBooks prepares what they need.
Every invoice travels with the structured data that describes it.
Missing invoices and unmatched payments are resolved before the handoff, not after.
Security
Bank connections run through a licensed EU open-banking provider. You sign in at your bank. OrganoBooks can read transactions and cannot move money.
Import a bank statement instead. Everything else works the same way.
Each month is exported to your own Google Drive: the original documents plus spreadsheets.

No. OrganoBooks collects and organises information for your existing accountant. They continue to handle your official accounting.
OrganoBooks is free and needs no card. Later we’ll add bigger paid plans for businesses that want OrganoBooks to take on more of their accounting.
